Driving Directions
KKH Rehab is located on Kuakini Hwy in Kailua-Kona, easy to reach from across the Big Island:
- From Kailua-Kona town center: Head south on Kuakini Hwy; our office is in Suite B-105.
- From Kona International Airport (KOA): About 20 minutes south via Queen Ka'ahumanu Hwy (HI-19) into Kailua-Kona.
- From Captain Cook / South Kona: Take HI-11 north into Kailua-Kona, roughly 25 minutes.
- From Waimea / North Hawaii: Follow HI-190 south into Kailua-Kona, about 45 minutes.
Free on-site parking is available for patients and visiting families.

We welcome patients from across Hawaii Island and the neighbor islands, including Kailua-Kona, Holualoa, Captain Cook, Waikoloa, Waimea, and Hilo. Many families travel to us from Oahu, Maui, and Kauai for full-continuum care close to home in the islands.
